We ship all orders via PostNL . Your products will be delivered in a box with insulated packaging. To keep the smoothies frozen during transport, we use dry ice and cooling elements.

We only deliver on Thursday, Friday and Saturday . During checkout you can choose the delivery day that suits you best.

On the day before delivery you will receive a Track & Trace link by email and text message . Delivery will take place between 08:00 and 18:00 .

Yes, it is important that someone is present to take the order. Because our products are frozen items, they must be placed directly in the freezer.

If you are not present, PostNL will leave the package at your doorstep, deliver it to your neighbours or take it to a PostNL point . Because our products are perishable, it is your responsibility to collect the package as soon as possible.

Our smoothies will stay completely frozen at -18°C or lower . If an item feels slightly softer around the edges upon arrival, but is still hard at the center , it is around -12°C and is still completely safe to freeze. This is because frozen fruits and vegetables freeze differently than water.

It depends on your order, but a complete box contains:
✅ Smoothie mixes (individually wrapped)
✅ Plant-based protein in a bag
✅ Basic juice in a sealable box

Smoothie mixes: Store them in the freezer at -18°C .

Protein powder & base juices: Can be stored outside the refrigerator.

The smoothie mixes are compactly packed. A normal freezer drawer can hold 30 to 60 smoothie mixes .

Yes! Our products do not contain any animal ingredients and are completely plant-based.

No, One Minute Shakes are not (yet) organic .

De caloriewaarde van een gemiddelde One Minute Shake ligt tussen de 250 en 400 kcal per shake, afhankelijk van de ingrediënten en portiegrootte. Dit is gebaseerd op:

• Fruit & groenten: 80-150 kcal
• Basissap (zoals appelsap of kokoswater): 50-100 kcal
• Eiwitpoeder (30-35g proteïne per shake): 100-150 kcal
• Extra superfoods of gezonde vetten (zoals noten, zaden of havermout): 50-100 kcal

That's up to you! We recommend 30 grams of plant-based protein per smoothie for a nutritious meal.

This depends on your personal preference. More juice will make for a sweeter taste . We recommend using at least 150ml of juice per smoothie and filling the rest with water.

Each shake contains:

With 250 to 350 kcal per shake, you get a nutritious, balanced meal that gives you energy and keeps you full for a long time.

We contribute to a sustainable world by using vegetable protein instead of animal protein . This helps with the protein transition and reduces the impact of livestock farming on the environment.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via hello@oneminuteshakes.nl and send clear photos or a video of the problem. Please include your order number. This way we can immediately offer a suitable solution.

❌ Frozen products cannot be returned due to food safety.
✅ Blenders and unopened packages of protein and juice can be returned within 14 days in original condition and packaging.
